JOHN DOMAN is Mitch Valentino
John Doman stars as Rodrigo Borgia in OZ (HBO) creator, Tom Fontona's, "Borgia." Doman has worked extensively in film, television and on the stage. 

A native of Philadelphia, PA and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he had two films at the Sundance Film Festival this year: "The Company Men" and "Blue Valentine." He has another film in post-production, "After." His previous film work includes "Mystic River," "Lonely Hearts," "City by the Sea," "Gracie," "Mercury Rising," "Little Boy Blue," "Claire Dolan," "The Journey of August King," Die Hard with a Vengence" and "Noel" among others.

On television he starred for five seasons in the HBO series "The Wire" as Commissioner Bill Rawls. He played Walter Kendrick on the second season of "Damages" on FX Cable. He has had recurring and guest starring roles on many prime time shows including "ER," "OZ," "NCIS," "CSI," "Without a Trace," "Close to Home," "Hack," "The Practice," "Star Trek DS9," "NYPD Blue" and all of the "Law & Order" shows. He recently completed shooting an episode of USA Cable’s "Burn Notice" for the upcoming season. He currently stars on Showtime's, "The Borgias." This past year he appeared on stage at the Public Theater in Suzan-Lori Park’s new play "The Book of Grace." He played "Coach” last year in "That Championship Season" at the Westport Country Playhouse. He has also worked on stage in productions of "Glengarry Glen Ross" (Dallas Theater Center), "Honour" (Berkeley Rep), and "Cymbeline" (Hartford Stage/McCarter Theater). Off-Broadway he has done Brett C. Leonard’s "Unconditional" (The Public Theater) and Lyle Kessler’s "Robbers" (American Place Theater).
